Help, my phone is broken!
This is not a question, but because we want to help our customers as much as possible, here is our answer! If your phone is damaged, you can bring it into our shop. After a quick analysis, in most cases we will be able to fix it for you. You will be given honest advice on what the best option is in your case, including the impact of a repair and, of course, the cost.

Of course! So you are guaranteed the best quality repairs. You also get a three month warranty.
Where will my phone be repaired?
We repair your phone or tablet in our own workshop. This means we can carry out almost all repairs within 24 hours, and often the same day! In rare cases we may need to send your phone back to the manufacturer so it will take a little longer.
Do I get a warranty on the repair?
Of course we do! We give you a standard three month warranty on the repaired or replaced part.
How quickly will my phone be repaired?
Almost always within 24 hours. The time it takes to repair your device depends on the fault. Is it a broken screen, connector or battery? Nine times out of ten your device will be back to you the same day. Does your phone need to be sent back to the manufacturer? Then it will take an average of one week to get your phone fixed.
Can I get a replacement device?
Of course. For major repairs that take a little longer, we provide you with a replacement unit as standard. So you can always be reached.
How does the warranty work for phones and tablets?
If your phone or tablet becomes defective within the warranty period, we will repair it under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that this only applies to manufacturer defects: if you drop your phone down the toilet or jump in the pool, for example, the repair costs will not be covered by the warranty.
What if my phone or tablet got wet?
Water and moisture are the worst enemies of mobile phones and tablets. Modern devices can withstand a splash, but they are often not prepared for a heavy downpour or an accident. Does your phone or tablet malfunction or stop working after contact with water? There is a good chance that a short circuit has occurred and the main circuit board has been damaged. Turn off your device and contact us as soon as possible. If you catch it in time, the phone can often be saved.
